We also accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards. Register on-line through the Tenant Web Portal then only a 2.5% fee will be imposed when using one of the above payment methods. Sometimes less expensive than late fees - consider using your debit or credit card to pay rent on time! if you choose not to pay through the Tenant Web Portal, call Laura at 925-389-1186 to make your debit or credit card payment.
