We accept applicants who have the following qualifications:

1. Credit score greater than 600

2. Excellent recent tenant history (no prior evictions)

3. Verifiable income greater than 2 times rent

Application fee is $35 per adult occupant and can be paid by debit or credit card. Evidence of income is to be submitted with completed application.
