We accept ACH Transactions!!**NO FEE** for this process. (Requires on-line registration to the Tenant Web Portal and set up of your specific resident account.) Email us for your access information. We also accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards. Register on-line through the Tenant Web Portal then only a 2.5% fee will be imposed when using one of the above payment methods. Sometimes less expensive than late fees - consider using your debit or credit card to pay rent on time! if you choose not to pay through the Tenant Web Portal, call Laura at 925-389-1186 to make your debit or credit card payment.
