We now accept ACH Transactions!! **NO FEE** for this process. (Requires on-line registration to the Resident Web Access portal and set up of your specific resident account.) Email us for your access information.

We also accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover cards.
 
Register on-line through the Resident Web Access portal then only a 2.5% fee will be imposed when using one of the above payment methods. Sometimes less expensive than late fees - consider using your debit or credit card to pay rent on time!

Golden Resources Resident Philosophy

Please treat these properties with care and they will in-turn be a very nice home for you and your family. Below are several suggestions for the care of your home.

Care of your residence:

    • Please keep your residence as clean and safe as its condition permits.
    • Dispose all rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and safe manner.
    • DO NOT pour grease, oil or any other foreign substances down your kitchen or bathroom drains.  DO NOT flush any improper objects down the toilet.  Any damage caused by doing so shall be the responsibility of the Resident. 
    • Keep all plumbing fixtures as clean as their condition permits.  The repair of clogged commodes, sinks etc., should first be attempted by the Resident.  If unsuccessful, contact maintenance (see contact listing).
    • Use electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, kitchen and other facilities and appliances in a safe and reasonable manner.
    • Change your furnace filter every 2-3 months.  Dirty filters cost you more money in higher electric bills and cause the units to be inefficient.   
    • Do not, either deliberately or negligently, destroy, alter, deface, impair or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit another to do so.
    • You and your guests must conduct yourselves in a manner that will not unreasonably disturb your neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of the premises.
    • DO NOT leave your windows open during rain storms.  Any damage and repair expense caused by exposure of the apartment to rain water due to the windows being left open during storms shall be the responsibility of that resident.
    • Essential repairs should be reported to the maintenance contact immediately.  Other repairs should be reported during reasonable day time hours.
    • Personal Property Insurance is the responsibility of each Resident. We strongly suggest you obtain renter's insurance to cover your personal belongings.
